Living in the desert isn't bad as it sounds just keep cool...stay in shaded area...have plenty of fluids/water...no sweats or heavy clothes...if in a car tinted windows will help keep the vehicle cool..no wigs ladies braids or stylish hair....Sunglasses help keep eyes from the hot sun rays...Take walks in the evening or earily morning...walks inside the mall or go to the library...Enjoy your summer everyone.
